The chocolate sculpture competition this year at the Chocolate Festival in Stockholm, Nordiska Museet, was themed Hat creations. Here you can see the seven contestants.

The winner this year in the competition the Praline of the Year in Sweden, was Jenny Roshage. I have tried one of the other finalist pralines.

The pralines from Swedish Flickorna Kanold,Gothenburg, Sweden, are playing in a high class. The chocolate they are using is of high quality. The selection is huge. This Saturday I went to the Chocolate festival in Nordiska Museet (the Nordic Museum), Stockholm for the first time. It was also the first time I visited the museum. It was a great visit! I will definitely return, both to the festival and the museum.
