As always, Amedei producec high quality chocolate. This chocolate tastes better than it smells. Itīs easy to eat, and I want more!

This time I will give you chocolate music in german, spanish and english. Mostly slow music with a few exeptions. Kylie Minouge, Russel Crowe, Trude Herr, Rufus Wainwright, Wood Brothers among others. Some songs are actually really good.

Today is waffle day in Sweden. We put our energy into making a chocolate marmelade to acompany the waffles. It was certanly tasty, but we failed with the texture. It was almost impossible to smear on the waffles. Also, it was way too sweet to use on the waffles. You should try making some chocolate marmelade on your own, but use it on something else.

Michel Cluizel knows how to make good chocolate. This is a favourite that scores high.

There is chocolate music for everyone. I have found songs in totally different genres. In this post you can find folk music, heavy metal, latino, pop, country and japanese pop. Listen for yourself if there is anything you like.

Tarragona Almond-croquante is a lower quality milk chocolate. The chocolate contains other fats than cocoa butter. The flavour was better than similar lower quality milk chocolates.
